Who We Are

Appliance-Repair-Tallahassee.com is a repair-request (referral) service, not an appliance-repair company. The site helps people submit appliance repair requests that may be shared with one independent local appliance-repair provider who may contact the person about the requested repair.

Information We Collect

When you use the repair-request form, we may collect your name, phone number or email address, ZIP code, appliance type, brand, model number if available, selected symptoms, a written description of the problem, preferred timing, and an optional photo.

The form may also save a partial request after a complete phone number or email address has been entered even if the form is not finally submitted. This helps preserve an unfinished service request. Partial requests are not treated as completed appointments and are not a promise that service is available.

We may also record the page where the request began, campaign information such as UTM parameters, the referring website, and technical information used for spam prevention and basic site security.

Why We Use This Information

We use repair-request information to review the request, determine whether it appears to fit the site’s current service area and appliance categories, and pass the request to one independent local appliance-repair provider who may contact you about the repair.

The provider handling a request may pay the site owner for the referral or for use of the lead-generation website. Payment by a provider does not change the information you should confirm directly with that provider, including availability, diagnostic charges, repair pricing, parts, warranty terms, and brand coverage.

Who Receives Repair Requests

Full repair requests are visible to the site’s administrators and may be shared with one independent local appliance-repair provider handling the request. The site does not describe this as a provider network unless that becomes true. If a long-term provider relationship is established, this policy should be updated to identify that provider before requests are routinely routed to it.

A copy of each completed request may also be sent by email to the site’s notification address so the request can be reviewed and routed. Partial requests are stored privately and do not send the normal completed-request notification email.

Photos

Optional photos submitted with a repair request are intended only to help understand the appliance and reported problem. They are visible to site administrators and, when needed to handle the request, the provider receiving the request. They are not published as public website media or customer reviews.

Analytics, Campaign Data and Cookies

If analytics such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled, the site may collect ordinary usage information such as page views, device/browser information, referral source, campaign parameters, and interactions with site tools or calls to action. Repair-request names, phone numbers, email addresses, free-text problem descriptions, and photo contents should not be sent to analytics services.

The site may use cookies or similar browser storage for normal WordPress functionality, security, spam prevention, analytics, or other features that are enabled on the site.

How Long We Keep Information

Repair-request records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to process and document requests, operate and secure the referral service, evaluate legitimate site performance, and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations. You may request deletion of your repair-request information by contacting us at the email address below.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask for a copy of repair-request information associated with you, ask for corrections, or request deletion by emailing contact@appliance-repair-tallahassee.com. We may need enough information to verify which request is yours before acting on the request.

Calls and Text Messages

Submitting a repair request means the independent provider handling the request may contact you about that repair. The current form is not intended to enroll you in marketing texts or automated promotional messaging. Any future automated calling or texting workflow must use legally reviewed consent language before it is enabled.

Security and Public Access

Repair-request records are private administrative records, not public posts. Uploaded lead photos are intended to remain private to site administrators and the provider handling the request. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but the site should use reasonable access controls, spam protection, and normal WordPress security practices.

Changes to This Policy

This policy should be updated if the way requests are collected, routed, sold, stored, analyzed, or shared changes—for example, if a specific provider becomes the long-term tenant, requests begin going to more than one company, or automated SMS follow-up is introduced.
